1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sac Capital Media LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to this website, our services and our text messaging program. By using the website, submitting a form, opting in to text messages or buying our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our services

We set up and manage AI-assisted automation for service businesses, such as lead replies, follow-up messages, appointment scheduling and reminders, customer messaging and CRM setup. The scope, deliverables and fees for each client are described in a written proposal or order (an “Order”).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you act on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

4. Fees and cancellation

• Fees, billing schedule and cancellation terms are set out in your Order, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
• Unless your Order says otherwise, services are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Third-party costs, such as software subscriptions, phone numbers, carrier registration fees and per-message charges, are your responsibility unless your Order includes them.

5. Client responsibilities

When we send messages for your business, you remain the sender and you are responsible for:

• Getting and keeping records of all consent required from your customers before they are contacted.
• Following applicable laws and rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, state laws, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier A2P 10DLC registration requirements.
• Honoring opt-out requests and giving accurate information about your business and pricing.
• Reviewing and approving messages and automations before they go live.

We may refuse or pause any message or campaign we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading or sent without consent.

6. AI content and results

Our services use artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. Automations include human oversight, and you are responsible for reviewing content sent in your name. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, revenue or savings.

7. Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as CRMs, phone and SMS providers, mobile carriers and calendars. Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages, changes or decisions.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, for example by submitting false information or someone else’s phone number, sending spam, or trying to access it without authorization.

9. Intellectual property

This website and our templates, workflows and know-how belong to Sac Capital Media LLC. You own your business data. While you are a client, you may use the automations we set up for you as described in your Order.

10. Text messaging program (SMS terms)

These terms apply to text messages we send you. They are also published on our SMS Terms page.

Program description

If you opt in, Sac Capital Media LLC (“we”, “us”) may send you the following text messages (SMS/MMS):

• Customer care and account notifications (if you checked the customer care box): replies to your inquiries, follow-up on a form you submitted, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, support conversations, service updates and billing notices.
• Marketing messages (only if you separately checked the marketing box): offers, tips, educational content and updates about our services.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on our contact form and checking one or both of the separate, optional, unchecked text message boxes. You may also opt in by giving us your express written consent in another way, for example during onboarding. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, account activity and the messages you opted in to.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply according to your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time (you can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT). You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START. You can also ask to be removed by emailing support@getintoai.site.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or let us know.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages (such as our SMS platform and mobile carriers), which may use it only for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may change or end the text messaging program at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

11. Disclaimers

Except as stated in an Order, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sac Capital Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid no fees.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Sac Capital Media LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or from messages sent for your business without required consent.

14. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the website or services if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as fees owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) survive termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Sac Capital Media LLC is organized and applicable US federal law. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept it.
