This Privacy Policy explains how Sac Capital Media LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, contact us, opt in to text messages or use our AI automation services.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, business name and the messages you send us.
• Text message consent records: whether you opted in to customer care and/or marketing text messages, the consent wording shown, the date, time, IP address and page where you opted in, and any opt-out requests.
• Client information: if you become a client, the business and billing details needed to provide and invoice our services. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, recorded in our server logs.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls and appointments.
• To send text messages you have opted in to, and to honor opt-out requests.
• To send service, account and billing communications to clients.
• To send marketing messages if you agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services, and to prevent spam and fraud.
• To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you check one or both of the optional text message boxes on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Sac Capital Media LLC at the mobile number you provided. Customer care messages and marketing messages have separate boxes, and neither is required to submit the form or to purchase our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

We use your mobile number and consent only to send the messages you agreed to, to keep a record of your consent and to honor your opt-out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and SMS delivery providers, is permitted only to deliver our messages and services. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, CRM, SMS and email delivery, and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Sac Capital Media LLC, our clients or others.
• Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• With your consent or at your direction.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Cookies

This website uses one essential session cookie to protect the contact form from spam and forged submissions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data we handle for our clients

When we run automations for a client business, we may process information about that business’s own customers (for example names, phone numbers and messages) on the client’s behalf and according to its instructions. The client is responsible for its own privacy notice and for obtaining any consent its messages require. Customers of our clients should send privacy requests to that business; we will help it respond.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Text message consent and opt-out records are kept as long as needed to show compliance with telecommunications laws, typically at least four years after your last interaction.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as access controls and limiting data to people who need it, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Access, correction and deletion: you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to legal exceptions.
• State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will not discriminate against you for using them.
